SAP enabled business transformation for a large state government agency

The project was conceived under the NSW Government shared services program which required a large component of this organisation’s service lines to be transitioned to a SAP ERP and asset management platform enabling a fully digital field force and retiring a large number of legacy applications and point solutions. Our approach incorporated developing the business case through to implementing program design, market engagement, contract award. This resulted in the successful implementation of a large SAP enabled business transformation that supported the consolidation of back-office services into a single shared service centre across a cluster.
